Good day everyone. Once more this year the Appraisal Institute in Wisconsin will be holding an Eminent Domain seminar on May 25, 2011 at its offices in Butler, WI. This has always been an excellent exchange of current issues and an opportunity for those of us working in condemnation law to meet and interact. The information has been posted to this blog and our website. I will be presenting on the topic of the problems of recovery of business interrpution losses occasioned by an Eminent Domain taking, especially as it relates to businesses affected by and during the construction process.
